I feel weird writing these sorts of things that are just about myself… like, why should my boring personal life be a part of this? But if you must know, I lived most of my life in Ukiah and recently moved to the Palm Springs area. I love the desert… or rather, I love the Palm Springs culture which happens to be in the desert.

Art has always been a passion of mine and I spent a long time illustrating a comic strip while I was working in the food service industry. Other things I am interested in are stand up comedy, physics, and fancy cheese. I also spend way too much time watching YouTube and buying vinyl records.

I got my first tattoo when I was in my early 20’s and fell in love with the medium but it never occurred to me to do it myself until my wife suggested it. I guess I have her to thank for having to write this blurb now.

Really though, I love doing this. I really do. Tattooing is a career I feel like I can be proud of and passionate about. I love meeting people, I love hearing their stories, and I love making things that make people happy… and where else can I get away with listening to Slayer at work?
